Information

Please use this form to request a new automated report to be sent from ticketing to an agency, copromoter, artist, venue or promoter internally. It will contain sales information in our standardised format.
The report will be automatically sent from reportingservices@ticketmaster.co.uk at the selected times.
If you are requesting an agency report, please first check the tour in Rome to see if there is already a report set up. If there is, there will be a green triangle next to where you have inputted the agency.

Please select the recipient type
Include all emails to be entered in the "To" field, separated by ;
Our standard reporting days are Mon/Thurs. Any requests outside of this will need to be reviewed
Include any emals to be cc'd, separated by ;
Our standard reporting time is 15:00 pm. Any requests outside of this will need to be reviewed
Event Ticketing bcc'd as standard. Please add any other addresses you'd like to be bcc'd
The default start date will be the next Monday or Thursday
Our standard reply to email is eventticketing@livenation.co.uk. Any other requests will need to be reviewed
For artist specific reports, the Monday or Thursday after the final tour date should be selected
